Please note that the buying and selling of certain game accounts may violate the respective platform’s terms of service. You accept the full risk of purchasing an account. If the platform limits or revokes your account, Mycsgoaccount.com will only replace or refund the account if you are within the seven-day warranty period. Outside of these seven days, we will not refund or replace any accounts due to platform intervention.
Using bugs or engaging in unfair methods or glitches on the website will not be tolerated and can lead to a permanent ban.
Upon purchasing an account from us, please ensure you provide accurate information. Playing a competitive matchmaking game on an account signifies your full acceptance of the account as received. If you find that the account rank differs from your purchase, contact us immediately before playing any competitive matchmaking games on the account. We will either refund the difference or replace the account. Once you have played any competitive matches, we will not be able to assist you with the rank discrepancy.
In the event of any issues with your account, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific account. We are not responsible for any losses related to your Steam inventory or in-game assets.
For a smoother purchasing experience and to ensure your satisfaction, always verify the account details and rank before playing any competitive games.
Delivery Method And Time
We deliver all accounts via email. Instant Delivery is available for all accounts. Boosting services may require additional time as specified on the product page. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that the products offered on our website are virtual items, and no physical delivery is required. Once you have made a purchase, you accept that you are satisfied with the product and will not initiate a chargeback in the future. If you encounter any issues with your account details, please contact our support team for assistance.
All sales are final, and refunds are not applicable once a purchase has been made.
If there is an issue with the product itself, you may request a replacement or reboosting within three days of purchase. This does not apply if you have played any games on the ordered account.
The processing fee is non-refundable, as it is charged by the payment gateway.
If the rank of the account becomes inactive upon purchase, we will issue a replacement immediately. You must not play any games on the account.
If an account is compromised or locked, notify us as soon as possible. We will attempt to recover the account within three business days of receiving your complaint. We are not responsible for any VAC bans that may occur due to account compromise.
If you need to contact Steam support for any account issues, consult our team for assistance. Our experienced team will handle the ticket process for you at no extra cost. If you create a ticket without our assistance, we will not be liable for the account.
We will not entertain any requests for replacements or refunds if an account purchased from us is VAC banned or overwatched due to the end-user’s use of cheats or illegal activities.
We are not responsible for any account sold by the end-user to another person, and we do not buy back accounts once sold.
Sharing or reselling accounts is strictly prohibited, and our team will not provide support in such circumstances.
In case of an issue with the account, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the purchase. We will do our best to resolve any problems but cannot be held responsible for any additional losses or damages. Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions carefully and understanding what they are purchasing. We will not entertain claims of “item not as described” and will consider them null and void.
Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will not be allowed or entertained after purchasing our digital products.
